2007 Volkswagen Touareg

From Jason Fogelson, About.com

Bringing a decidedly Teutonic approach to the SUV, the 2007 VW Touareg is a slick, technically impressive vehicle that competes in the luxury segment of the market. It's an impressive vehicle, but is it worth the price of entry?

The 2007 VW Touareg V6 has a base price of $37,990 ($49,710 as tested), and comes with VW's 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty and an EPA estimate of 16 mpg city/20 mpg highway.

Jeff James, one of the SUV experts at About SUVs, drove and photographed the Touareg. Take a look at his photos, and read his review of the 2007 Volkswagen Touareg V6.
