The 2007 Pontiac G5 is available with two engine configurations: The base Ecotec 2.2 liter inline four-cylinder that produces 148 hp and 152 lb-ft of torque, and the GT's 2.4 liter I-4 that cranks out 173 hp and 163 lb-ft of torque, mated to either a four-speed automatic or a five-speed manual transmission.
