Jeep's Liberty has been redesigned for 2008, and is a tremendous improvement over the previous model. There are seven different Jeep products for sale. Liberty slots in above Compass and Patriot. Whether or not Jeep needs so many models is debatable, but Liberty is a strong player among mid-size sport utes because it serves a dual purpose. The 2008 Jeep Liberty starts at a reasonable $20,330, but can top out above $33,000 with options -- zounds! Liberty includes Chrysler's new Lifetime Powertrain warranty.
