The best GM can do?

From Jason Fogelson, About.com

At the press preview of the 2007 Acadia, GMC's new crossover utility vehicle, Vice Chairman of Product Development (aka "car czar") Bob Lutz told About SUVs expert Aaron Gold and a fellow journalist, "This is the best we can do." He was saying that the Acadia, as well as its corporate siblings, the Saturn Outlook and Buick Enclave, was as good as GM engineering gets when it comes to packaging and driving dynamics. So just how good is the new Acadia -- and more importantly, is it good enough to compete with its rivals? Price range (including options) $29,495 to $47,059, EPA mileage 17-18 city, 24-26 highway.

Take a look at Aaron's photos of the 2007 GMC Acadia, and then read his 2007 GMC Acadia Test Drive and Review.
