2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Test Drive and Review

Please join me in welcoming a new face to the About.com SUVs review team -- Mr. Basem Wasef, also known as About.com's Guide to Motorcycles. Basem is an accomplished and experienced motojournalist, and I'm thrilled to be able to feature his work on our pages.

Basem's first assignment was a tricky one -- I asked him to review the outgoing 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. As you'll probably recall, Philip Powell recently reviewed the incoming gas-powered 2008 Toyota Highlander, and I'll be driving the '08 Hybrid version soon. But if you go to your local Toyota dealer today, you'll still find plenty of '07 Highlander Hybrids on the lot, so I thought a review was still timely.
