A preview before the review -- 2007 Honda CR-V
I usually don't do this. I try to avoid mentioning vehicles in my blog until I've prepare a full review -- I don't want to tease you. I'm not that kind of a Guide. But I have to tell you about the 2007 Honda CR-V. I really liked this SUV. It's so much more refined, better-looking and more pleasant to drive than previous generations. Colin Hefferon reviewed the 2006 Honda CR-V for About Trucks, and when he discussed the generations of CR-V since its debut in 1995, he praised the SUV's looks -- "As usual, Honda got this one right the first time."
I didn't quite agree. I always thought that CR-V was a little too square, a little too cute for my taste. Well, that has changed with the 2007 model. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that it looks more like a BMW X3 than a Honda now -- and I love the way the X3 looks. The interior is also highly refined, with great details and excellent materials selection (one of my personal bugaboos).
I promise to rush and finish my CR-V review as soon as possible -- as soon as I can stop staring at the pictures.
