2006 Toyota RAV4 Test Drive & Review

I know that I keep railing against high gas prices and large SUVs -- I just can't help it. Not when there are great crossover SUVs out there, like the 2006 Toyota RAV4 Sport 4x4, that will do almost everything a big SUV can do on half the gas. I'm embarrassed by how often I find myself alone in the cabin of a large SUV on the way to the grocery store to buy a quart of milk and a few blueberries.

I'm encouraging all my SUV-driving friends to start considering smaller vehicles. Oh, you don't have to give up your SUV habit entirely -- just scale it back some, and try on a crossover vehicle for size.

Take a look at this photo gallery, and tell me that the RAV4 isn't one appealing vehicle.
